Visit our South London workshop or connect with us over a video call. A member of our team will talk you through the process and design options to help you on your way to making your perfect bespoke jewellery.

Consultations are scheduled for 45 minutes, but can be much quicker if you have a clear idea of what you want.

Can I use gold or gemstones I already own?

Yes! During your consultation, let us know you have heirloom gold you'd like to rework or a stone you'd like to use in your bespoke jewellery.

Can I get a refund on a bespoke order?

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange on bespoke items.

How much does it cost to use heirloom gold in my bespoke wedding ring?

Bespoke wedding rings using heirloom gold cost £495 for a plain ring with your choice of finish (extra charge applies for the Ancient finish), when no extra gold needed.

If extra gold is needed, this is charged by weight, but it's usually no more than £100.
