Warranty

We're committed to providing our customers with the highest quality jewellery and stand behind every piece we sell. As such, we offer:

  • A 2-year warranty on main collection jewellery (any jewellery that is not an engagement or wedding ring).
  • A 3-year warranty on engagement and wedding rings.

These warranties cover any defects in materials or workmanship.

Quality Guarantee: Our jewellery is crafted using the finest materials and techniques available. We guarantee that every piece of jewellery we sell is free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Maintenance: To ensure the longevity of your jewellery, we recommend regular maintenance, including cleaning and inspection by a professional jeweller. Light cleaning (with a jewellery ultrasonic) and inspection is complimentary for the duration of your warranty. After that, you can purchase our maintenance plan to continue receiving this service. If you'd like your jewellery to receive a full deep clean, buff and polish, we can do this at £35 per item - just get in touch with bespoke@wildfawnjewellery.com.

Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care or handling, accidents, or any modifications made by a third party. We must be notified immediately once a fault has been spotted (such as weak claws or clasps) as we cannot be held responsible for diamond replacements if a problem hasn't been brought to our attention before it worsens. We also do not cover loss or theft of your jewellery.

Claims: If you need to make a claim under our warranty, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning your jewellery and will work quickly to repair it.

Wedding Ring Resizing: We're happy to resize your Wild Fawn wedding ring after the big day. Because everything is made to order, resizes take time and care from our small team (and some designs may need to be remade entirely), so they cost £35. If you were sized during your consultation with us, your first resize is complimentary within 8 weeks of your wedding date.
