- We can use samples from cards and letters from your loved ones or you can send us an image of a handwritten message. Photograph (or scan) the message that must be in focus and close up and upload your image in the upload box under the product name.
- We recommend no more than 5 words.

Your jewellery is handmade-to-order and is usually dispatched within 3 days. Please get in touch if you would like it sooner.

We will accept returns or exchanges of items that have not been worn or damaged (excludes bespoke/personalised pieces). Returns are free for UK customers.
