Saturday 4th July 2026 - Stacking Ring - 11am-1pm

Ever wanted to make your own jewellery?

We're opening our London studio (where we make all of your orders) to host some very exciting jewellery making workshops. In this wax carving workshop you’ll learn how to carve and mould your own jewellery in wax in a fun and relaxed 2 hour session. After the workshop, it is then cast into silver (or gold for an extra cost) and posted back to you within 4 weeks. Your jewellery will be 100% unique to you.

What you can make:

  • Molten-looking rings
  • Signet rings
  • Fingerprint rings
  • Simple bands
  • Pinkie rings
  • Upgrade to gold plated

If buying more than one ticket, please put both names in the box at checkout so we can sit you both together.

For groups, hen do's and other private bookings, please visit our Group Jewellery Making Workshops page here.

Please note, this event is only suitable for over 18's only.

Can't wait to see you there!

What you get

Everything you need to make your sterling silver ring
Once you've designed your jewellery, we can calculate how much it will cost to have your jewellery made in gold instead of silver. The cost depends on the weight of the wax once you've designed it and we can let you know how much it will be on the day.
If you would like your jewellery plated in yellow gold, it is available for an extra charge, and we have other additions available.

What you do

You will have all the tools you need to carve, mould and shape your jewellery to look exactly how you've always wanted.
Worried about what to make or whether it will look right? You will have a practice piece of wax to perfect your design before you commit to your final design.
You will be supported by the Wild Fawn team for the whole time, we're all very friendly so please ask us any question you have. We will be walking around to help.

What we do

We'll create a mould with your design and pour molten silver (or gold if you choose to upgrade) into this to create the perfect replica of your unique design.

Then we then polish it, make it look perfect and post it back to you.

Location

7 minute walk from Bermondsey tube station.

What you'll make

Each guest will create:

  • A solid silver stacking ring, designed and carved by hand in wax, then we will cast this into solid sterling silver
  • The rings can be kept simple or personalised with texture, shape or engraving, making every piece completely unique.

This includes:

  • All silver materials
  • Use of professional tools and equipment
  • Step-by-step guidance from a Wild Fawn goldsmith
  • Gift box for each finished ring

What happens at a jewellery-making workshop?

On the day, you’ll begin by settling into the studio with an introduction to the process. Your goldsmith will talk you through design ideas and demonstrate how to carve your ring from specialist jewellery wax.

Each guest will then design and carve their own ring, with plenty of time to experiment, ask questions and help each other along. The atmosphere at Wild Fawn is calm and sociable.

Once the wax rings are finished, you’ll leave them with us. We then use the lost wax casting process, a traditional jewellery-making technique, to cast each ring into solid silver. This creates an exact replica of the wax ring you made on the day.

After casting, every ring is:

  • Cleaned and finished by hand
  • Carefully checked for quality
  • Gift boxed and posted

This process usually takes around 4 weeks.

When the rings are ready, we will post each finished ring directly to you. Or if you're local, you can book a slot to collect.

Can I get my ring made in gold?

The price includes your ring cast into solid sterling silver following the workshop.

If you prefer gold, you can get your design gold-plated or made in solid gold for an additional cost.

Where are the workshops held?

Our group workshops are held in our South-East London workshop (the same place where we make all of your orders!).

You can find us a 7-minute walk away from Bermondsey station. You will be provided with detailed instructions on how to find us when you book.

Can I book a workshop for my hen-do?

Yes! Our jewellery-making workshops make a wonderful hen party activity.

Booking your hen party is a chance for the bride and her closest people to slow down, get creative, and make something meaningful together before the wedding.

Each guest will create a handmade ring, a lasting keepsake of the day and a beautiful reminder of the celebration.

Helpful to know: This is a creative, relaxed experience rather than a party-style hen do.
