Bracelet Resizing
Choose our Bracelet Resizing service if you've reached out to us about getting your Wild Fawn bracelet resized.
Sending your bracelet to us:
- By post: You will be responsible for the cost of postage when sending your bracelet back to us. We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked with proof of postage to ensure it arrives with us safely.
- Drop off: Alternatively, you can drop off your bracelet at our London workshop. We'll send you a link to book a time slot that suits you.
Important: Please include a note with your original order number and full name (or the name of the person who purchased it if it was a gift) in your package so we know it's your bracelet when it arrives!
Resized bracelet delivery: Our normal delivery fee applies when we send your bracelet back to you, or select free collection at checkout. We'll be in touch when your resized bracelet is on its way or ready to be collected.
Looking to get a non-Wild Fawn bracelet resized? This service is for our bracelets only. If you have a non-Wild Fawn bracelet or bangle you'd like resized, please contact bespoke@wildfawnjewellery.com for a quote.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Your jewellery is handmade-to-order and is usually dispatched within 4 days. Please get in touch if you would like it sooner.
- UK - from £3.99 or FREE over £150
- EU and Rest of World - Tracked from £8.50.

Returns: We will accept returns of items that have not been worn or damaged. Returns are free for UK customers.
Exchanges: As we make everything to order to minimise waste, we only offer exchanges on selected items. Please contact us if you would like to exchange an item.
Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for earrings, bespoke orders or personalised pieces.
