Returns & Exchanges

*EXTENDED RETURNS - To allow for Christmas purchases, our return time has been extended to 8 weeks. Purchase knowing the recipient can return the jewellery after Christmas. 

 

Each piece of Wild Fawn Jewellery is made by hand in London. This means that it should be exactly what you are expecting, but, if for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us immediately by emailing customercare@wildfawnjewellery.com. (This must be done within 14 days of receiving your jewellery). 

We will accept items that have not been worn or damaged in anyway. We cannot accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons (unless faulty). Returns are free for UK orders, international customers are responsible for paying return postage costs.

When returning items to us, we cannot be responsible for delayed, stolen or lost packages, as we have no control over this. Please ensure you package the items securely, retain a tracking number and if necessary directly contact the postal carrier you used with any issues regarding this. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Ring Resizing

We want to make sure you'll be happy with your ring as soon as you receive it which is why it's so important to get your ring size right the first time round. We make everything to order to be as environmentally friendly as possible. This means we don't have spare rings to exchange to which is why we charge a small £10 fee to cover the labour to resize your ring. We don't add on a resizing fee to the original ring price like other brands to try and keep our costs as low as possible for you and only charge for this if needed. 

Note: if you're returning goods from outside of the UK, you MUST obtain a customs declaration (CN22 form) and mark the package as "Returned goods" with ZERO commercial value. You can get this CN22 form here or from your post office.
